Apartments and the Duplexes clusters. Clients will begin choosing their units and sign the reservation forms. Exact prices and payment terms are announced:
1- Prices:

2 Bedroom apartment (130 - 140m2) Avg. price: 1,160,000 L.E.
3 Bedroom apartment (170 - 180 m2) Avg. price : 1,580,000 L.E.
Garden Duplex (170 m2) Avg. price: 1,950,000 L.E.
Roof Duplex (260 m2) Avg. price: 2,250,000 L.E.
2- Payment Terms:
5 Yrs Payment Plan: 5% Reservation Payment, 5 % Contractual Payment, 10 % Delivery Payment and the remaining shall be paid over 5 years equally.
6 Yrs Payment Plan: 5% Reservation Payment, 10 % Contractual Payment, 10 % Delivery Payment and the remaining shall be paid over 6 years equally.
8 Yrs Payment Plan: 10% Reservation Payment, 10 % Contractual Payment, 10 % Delivery Payment and the remaining shall be paid over 8 years equally.
Maintenance Fees: 6 % and shall be paid on 4 equal annual installments before the delivery.
i.e. Slight interest (2.5 %) per year shall be added to the unit value if the client choose 6 or 8 yrs plan. For example: A unit priced 1,000,000 over 5 yrs will cost the client 1,025,000 over 6 yrs or 1,075,000 over 8 yrs.
3 - Delivery: 4 Yrs
4- Finishing specifications: Fully Finished
5- New Reservations Process: 50,000 L.E shall be paid as expression of interest for apartments or duplexes and 100,000 L.E. for townhouses. (Totally refundable)
The unit allocation meeting for new clients will be scheduled within 1 week of the payment. This means fast money collection.
